Rebound Control: Discover the techniques for managing and controlling rebounds. Effective rebound control minimizes second-chance opportunities for opponents and helps you maintain composure in the crease.

5-Hole Saves: Learn the specifics of 5-hole saves, focusing on how to close the gap between your legs and protect the lower part of the net. This section covers positioning and technique to effectively stop pucks aimed at the 5-hole.

Stick Saves: Explore the use of your stick for making saves. This section will teach you how to utilize your stick effectively to deflect or block shots, and how to position it correctly to aid in your overall save strategy.

Glove Saves: Master the technique of making glove saves, including hand positioning and catching mechanics. Learn how to use your glove to snatch pucks out of the air and secure them confidently.
