Welcome to Offseason 2 — where the foundation laid in Offseason 1 becomes a launchpad for a stronger, more explosive, and more focused goaltender. This phase of the program intensifies your development across four pillars:

  • Save Execution
  • Lateral + Vertical Mobility
  • Visual & Cognitive Reaction
  • Stickhandling Control + Confidence

Each week follows a rhythm designed to build consistency and challenge your adaptability:

  • Day 1: Save Day – Integrating foundational save techniques with mobility-focused strength work.
  • Day 2: Reaction Day – High tempo, high focus: sharpening eyes, hands, and instincts.
  • Day 3: Plyometric Day – Controlled chaos to increase power, balance, and recovery mechanics.
  • Day 4: Reaction + Flow – Reflex training and lateral movement under fatigue.

By the end of Offseason 2, your toolkit won’t just be bigger — it’ll be sharper, faster, and built to hold up under pressure.
